Business travel agency, BCD Travel, is currently organising several incentive events for its business travel clients for January and February 2009.
The beginning of the year is a common time for companies to get their sales teams and senior managers together for meetings incentives conferences exhibitions (MICE).
BCD Travel has a dedicated meetings and incentives division offering complete coordination of travel and accommodation as well as events. Many Australian companies conduct major sales rallies and conferences in the first two months of a new year to motivate their staff and set the agenda for the next 12 months.

Due to cost cutting, domestic locations are expected to continue as the favoured choice among companies that may have previously chosen international destinations for major events.
