Corporate travel agency executive flies to India
BCD Travel National Groups and Incentives Manager, Joel Gleeson, recently flew to India on a one-week trip during which time he experienced Singapore Airlines’ new business class section and luxury seating on the journey between Singpore and Delhi.
“The seats are extremely comfortable and I highly recommend them for corporate travellers who need to go straight from the plane to the office,” Mr Gleeson said.
Mr Gleeson visited Delhi, Agra and Jaipur and stayed at the Oberoi Hotel Delhi, Oberoi Amarvillas Agra, Rambagh Palace Jaipur. The highlight was having dinner at the City Palace in Japiur, said the corporate travel executive.
“We arrived at the City Palace where we were transported through the grounds on horse and carriage and then had dinner with the Maharaja of Jaipur,” he said.
Other highlights included playing elephant polo and visiting the Taj Mahal.
Mr Gleeson manages the day to day operations of the Groups and Incentives department at corporate travel agency, BCD Travel. In addition to offering a comprehensive corporate travel booking service including the use of a customised online booking engine, BCD Travel also offers complete planning and execution of groups and incentives and other events including meetings incentives conferences exhibitions (MICE).
