Luxury corporate travel
Etihad Airways, the United Arab Emirates’ national carrier, is the latest corporate travel airline to offer high luxury business travel accommodation with its new Diamond First Class cabin to be fitted onto its new A340-600 aircraft over the next two years.
Corporate travellers will be able to enjoy a relaxing massage in their extra-large leather seats with built-in massager. Each seat extends to a fully-flat 80-inch bed and is equipped with lumbar support and an adjustable headrest.
The seats also contain power sockets for laptops, iPods and other electronic devices – ideal for corporate travellers intending to work during business travel journeys.
Each seat is housed within an ample Arabic-styled suite with sliding privacy doors and a personal mini-bar for the corporate travel occupant.
‘Etihad’ means ‘united’ in the Arabic language.
