Skywest Airlines (XR) Add Velocity
VELOCITY Members flying on any of Skywest Airlines (XR) fifteen domestic destinations will receive Velocity Points from 01Nov 07 after the airline announced yesterday that it was joining the loyalty program.
Skywest ceo Paul Daff said that the union with Velocity Rewards, partnered by Virgin Blue, wouldgreatly benefit its passengers and considered this to “be the best news for Western Australian travellers and will further encourage local tourism�.
DJs Brett Godfrey commented on the merger saying “Skywest is a high-quality, service-oriented airline� like Virgin Blue. “We are very pleased to be able to offer Velocity members even more opportunities to earn Points�, said Godrey. XR is offering double Velocity Points for flights taken between 01 Dec 07 and 31 Jan 08.
