UNITED WE FLY
Would like to let you all know what a great experience I had flying with United!
A few months ago I was given the opportunity to take a short flight on United Airlines to Melbourne and Back. Having won two business class seats I elected to take my 8 year old daughter, Chelsea as my travelling partner…
Our flight did not exactly get off to a flying start (excuse the pun) due to heavy fog in Melbourne which consequnetly delayed our departure from Sydney. We were stuck onboard, sitting on the tarmac for around an hour!
Whilst sitting in our oversized business class seats, Chelsea with her big blue eyes and striking blonde hair captured the attention and the hearts of our Captain and his first Officer. As they were just as bored as we were they kindly extended an invitation to the flight deck… Being an avid aviator and all around fan of the 747 I promptly accepted thier kind invitation and made my way to the front, with daughter in tow!
As far as my daughter was concerned she could not see what the attraction was, commenting that her seat was bigger and better. I would just like to praise the crew of my United flight for making what would have been a long and drawn out ride to Melbourne a very exciting and pleasurable event. One of the best crews I have flown with! Will fly United to USA anytime…
